Since 2007, La Brigade Traiteur has been accompanying you on each of life’s great moments, private or professional, to delight you and your guests. Here, we cook with passion, a good dose of humor, a pinch of madness and, above all, only fresh, seasonal produce.
With 600 m2 of premises at the Grand Marché du MIN de Toulouse, we work directly with the best producers in the region, to bring you tasty dishes that don’t spoil the produce. Our daily battle: to create the most eco-responsible events possible.
We do this by recycling our waste, using biodegradable containers, using short-run products and using recipes designed to reduce our ecological impact.
In the La Brigade Traiteur family, you’ll find our values: conviviality, smiles, kindness and sharing.
