Since 2007, we’ve been helping companies make a success of their seminars, cocktail parties, product launches and other professional gatherings, putting our passion and expertise at the service of convivial, tasty moments.
Here, we cook with commitment, enthusiasm and only the freshest seasonal produce. Housed in a 600 m² space in the heart of the Grand Marché du MIN de Toulouse, we work closely with local producers to guarantee impeccable quality and promote short supply chains. And even if a professional event is a serious occasion, that doesn’t mean you can’t surprise your guests with original gourmet dishes.

La Brigade Traiteur is a caterer committed to creating the most eco-responsible events possible. Our aim is to constantly renew ourselves, so we’re always on the lookout for new ideas:
– Use of fresh, local and seasonal produce in all our recipes.
– A production laboratory located at the Grand Marché du MIN de Toulouse to promote short circuits with the region’s best producers.
– Use of eco-responsible, compostable containers made from corn pulp.
– Roadmap for our deliveries

– Selective sorting with input, control and support from the Grand Marché du MIN from Toulouse
– Collaboration with Hector le collector to recycle our food waste.
