The Meeting Lab, housed in a beautiful brick building in the Ville Rose, is located in the heart of Toulouse, less than 100 meters from the Place du Capitole. This human-sized workspace is elegant, refined and friendly. It was designed by Europa Group, expert and leader in the organization of congresses in France. In a very calm environment, this 600m2 venue offers high-end services for your professional events. High-tech equipment (high-precision audiovisual equipment, integrated videoconferencing, etc.) and tasty local catering prepared on site by our Chef will be there.
Arranged on three levels, the Meeting Lab offers several spaces that can accommodate from 2 to 100 people:
– Three meeting rooms with refined furniture and neat decoration welcome you on the first floor as well as a small comfortable and intimate lounge.
– A 70m2 auditorium, installed in a vaulted room. You can create the atmosphere that suits you thanks to its customizable play of lights which gives the room a unique atmosphere.
– Located on the ground floor, the dining room welcomes you for a gourmet break in a relaxed atmosphere and a cozy setting.
The Meeting Lab’s catering offer chooses quality, simplicity and authenticity, with buffets, cocktails, lunches, dinners offering exclusively local, fresh and seasonal products, adapted to all tastes and desires, prepared by our resident Chef Marjolaine.
